Shipping Policy

Deliveries are made twice a week. Our delivery time is about 2 to 5 business days from day of order. We do not delivery beyond 20km of our locations.

Delivery notification will sent out after payment has been received and confirmed (usually 24hrs to 48hrs).
Additional processing time is required for Interac Payments. It can take up to 2/3 business day before confirmation is sent.
If the customer is not available at time of delivery arrival, delivery will be made to the front door or any accessible entrance of the address indicated in the order.
